Reviews and Ratings
I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary at this hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The brunch was outstanding with a great variety of dishes, making it tough to choose what to eat first. The staff, especially Devki, provided excellent service. However, I did have a poor experience in another aspect of my stay due to issues with rude staff and dining limitations. Still, the hotel has potential and I would consider returning for the brunch alone.
My stay at St. Laurn Hotel was enjoyable with a few standout features. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the service was excellent, with staff always ready to assist. I particularly appreciated the good dining options and the lovely pool area. However, there's room for improvement in providing smoking rooms, and better attention to upholstery details would enhance the overall experience.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was convenient for both shopping and meetings, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The housekeeping was top-notch, and I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Apeksha at reception. However, the quality of the dinner buffet was lacking, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, great value for money and an enjoyable experience.
My experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient and the dining options were good, I had significant issues with the service and room cleanliness. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were quite comfortable and spacious, the service was a highlight as the staff was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, I did encounter some issues with room amenities, which dampened my stay a bit. The dining options were great, especially with the midnight buffet, making it a nice treat after a long day.
